What winning looks like:
-Be or become proficient with community-style acupuncture and see 4+ patients an hour
-Consistently provide excellent, over-the-top care to each patient, every time
-Develop care treatment plans for each patient and rebook patients
-Collaborate with the our multidisciplinary team for the care of shared patients
-Contribute articles to our weekly blog and our monthly newsletter
-Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
-Actively participate in the marketing and promoting of our acupuncture program to build your patient schedule
-Schedule, design, and deliver informational talks to the community and to physicians/medical offices
Skills you need to win:
-Master’s degree in Chinese medicine required
-TCM or OM training preferred
-Colorado acupuncture license in good standing
-Internal medicine practice experience/focus preferred
-Training in herbs or willingness to obtain training
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to truly listen to your patients and then be honest with them
-Ability to problem solve
-Self-motivated, passionate, excited, and results-driven
-Goal-oriented and a hunger for growth
-Passion for serving others, learning new things, and coaching/leading your patients and/or your teammates
This position is employee status and comes with almost unlimited earning-potential that includes performance-based bonuses (available immediately) and profit sharing (available after a year).
